Objective: The study's goals are to identify a causal connection between insulin resistance (IR) and hirsutism acne vulgaris, as well evaluate the severity of two conditions in relation rising IR. Study design: An analytical cross-sectional study Place Duration: This was conducted at Primary Health Care Corporation, Qatar from August 2021 2022. Methodology: In predetermined proforma, patient's entire clinical history required variables, such height, weight, body mass index (BMI), etc., were recorded order establish link IR with/without only hirsutism.A HOMA-IR value more than 2.5 regarded important indicative Global Acne Grading System (GAGS) used determine degree acne, Modified Ferriman Gallwey Score (mFG).
